This bar is unique in that the chocolate is created from a blend of Criollo, Trinitaros, and Forasteros cacao beans to give it a very deep and robust flavor filled with various warm notes. To further marry these flavors, a blend of ground cacao and fresh cinnamon is blended to truly make this bar the Food of the Gods!
